Darren has over 37 years of experience in managing the health and life insurance needs of businesses and individuals throughout Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Kansas. A Cum Laude graduate of Missouri State University with degrees in business and psychology, Darren is a long time resident of the Ozarks with his offices in Springfield, Missouri. Licensed in Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, and Illinois.

Melanie Noakes serves as Director of Client Relations, oversees company operations, and is Vice-President of Benefits Unlimited, Inc. Melanie began her career in health insurance in 1987 and is a founder and co-owner of Benefits Unlimited, Inc. Melanie has over 36 years in customer service, and strives to ensure each client feels important and well taken care of while offering support with claims, enrollments, general insurance questions and regulations.

Kim Marlay, Operations Manager has been with Benefits Unlimited since 1998 and has over 24 years experience in the Health and Life insurance industry. Kim oversees all operations from agent compensation, underwriting and departmental management control. Kim is a lifetime resident of the Ozarks. She has expert skills in health enrollment, underwriting communications with carriers and financial accounting. Kim serves from our Springfield, Missouri offices.

Richard Jester serves as Senior Vice-president of health and life sales. Rick has been a team member since 1994 with Benefits Unlimited, Inc. Rick’s vast knowledge of senior products provides great value to these special clients who need assistance in navigating through the governmental requirements of Medicare. With over 35 years of experience, Rick also provides guidance to a wealth of both small businesses and individuals in the management of their health insurance needs. Rick attended Missouri State University and is active within their athletic departments to this day.

Anastasia Jones serves as Director of Individual Marketing for Benefits Unlimited, Inc. Anastasia is a Missouri licensed health and life agent, providing client and agent support in new sales and to existing individual clients. Anastasia's skills in computer technologies in the health insurance industry help guide both client and agent in determining appropriate plan designs to meet benefits and financial realities. As a longtime resident of the Ozarks and before her time as a licensed agent, Anastasia's past work experience helped connect Springfield, MO families in need with educational resources and social services.
